2010 40th Anniversary Gala
On June 19, 2010 the Upper Catskill Community Council of the Arts celebrated
40 years with a Garden Benefit Honoring David F. Wilber III & Scotty Walker Wilber for their ongoing support of the art in our region.
The Arts Council also recognized the founding fathers, members, patrons, volunteers, artists, staff, past and current Board Members.

City of the Hills
August 14, 2010
Oneonta's Main Street will once again be filled with artists and fine crafters, live musical performances, artist demonstrations and art workshops for children and families.
During the past seven years City of the Hills Arts Festival has grown into a premier cultural event in Central New York. This juried arts exhibition and sale features the work of outstanding regional artists, live musical performances, an awards ceremony, artists' demonstrations and art workshops for families.
