Exhibition & Reception Schedule
The Galleries at Wilber Mansion feature distinctive artwork from our diverse community and beyond.  The Arts Council represents internationally acclaimed artists, as well as local legends and emerging artists.  The Galleries exhibit artwork for all aesthetic tastes from traditional landscapes to abstract expressionism.  Receptions are sponsored, in part by Brewery Ommegang and are free and open to the public.

Opening April 30, 2010:

Elizabeth Nields' first sculptures were plasticine animals used as toys by her and her brother.  These sculptures have grown over the years and become small monuments!

Elizabeth has taught at Adelephi College, Montclair State College, Hofstra University, Hartwick College and the State University College at Oneont.a

She currently works in her studio in Otego, New York.

 

 

 

Claudia Koeppel exhibits her Queensland Series of work.  This body of work consists of many small ink, watercolor and montaged drawings.  These dreamscapes reflect natural forms and a subliminal state of consciousness.
