City of the Hills Application

Artists are invited to apply to exhibit and sell their work at City of the Hills!  A Grand Prize award of $1,000 is given to Best of Show and five $250 prizes are awarded in the following media categories - painting, sculpture, fine craft, graphics and photography.




Center Stage

City of the Hills features a high energy line-up of great regional musicians - perfect for dancin' in the streets!


The Blues Maneuver is one of the Catskill mountain region’s busiest, swingingest bands. With a versatile repertoire of classic Motown, swing, blues, R&B and oldies, the six-piece band combines top-notch musicianship, impeccable vocals and what the Woodstock Times calls "a mighty horn section."


Reservoir Road plays a fun mix of drivin' electric blues that includes original and classic songs.

Main Street Plaza

The Oneonta Farmers' Market is located at the heart of the festival, offering a vibrant selection of locally grown fruits and vegetables; organic meats, cheeses and eggs; and beautiful fresh flowers!

   
Brewery Ommegang pours locally produced Belgium styled beers under the big tent.


Family Fun

City of the Hills provides an array of free arts activities for young people.  Spend time with teaching artists located up and down Main Street constructing rain sticks and masks, building mosaics, making jewelry and sculpting with clay!
