Arts Festival

City of the Hills is now under the direction of the Upper Catskill Community Council of the Arts!

Stay tuned as we gear up for one of Oneonta's most exciting downtown events.  The city's Main Street is filled with the work of 50 artists and fine crafters, live musical performances, artist demonstrations and art workshops for children and families.

Kids 7 to 12 are invited to full-day summer camp at Wilber Mansion!

The Arts Council, the Oneonta

Second Annual Arts Council Golf Classic!

Shotgun Start at 12noon

We bring golf and art aficionados together for a memorable day on the links!  Enjoy a full round of golf with cart, happy hour in the club house, a fabulous dinner with entertainment and an awards ceremony.  A silent auction features original golf-themed artwork, as well as fine craft and jewelry by local artists.
